Traqspera’s full range of time tracking software is available for use, and our kiosk feature feeds directly into our industry-leading timesheets for Spectrum®. Simply place a tablet, or set of tablets, at key entry points or set it up at your toolbox meetings when everyone is on-site. Workers will be prompted to enter their personal 4-digit pin, usually the last 4 numbers of their phone number; they will be brought to a screen with their tasks and job codes assigned to them that they can simply select and get to work. The process to sign out or go on lunch is the exact same 4 steps. Add in safety notes, and Covid check-in prompts to up your worksite safety measures while easily reporting documentation at your fingertips. Time entries then get approved and exported into Spectrum® with just a few clicks, eliminating the tedious double-entry and countless headaches of paper and spreadsheets.
